Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite nice and quiet. The location can be good if you're in the area for business at the industrial/business park otherwise it's a little out of the way from anything that's more central to Gloucester. That being said, it's not too far to walk to get the bus to the centre. On the plus side, it being out of the way means that it is in a quiet location. The breakfast was a standard selection of items. Overall, it was a nice stay.
Enjoy using the pool facilities. Always clean and tidy. Remember to put your registration number into the computer or you will get fined. Loads of parking. Easy transport links

Of its type, quite good. Friendly, efficient, bright and cheerful, with reasonable accommodation rates (for us anyway) and other prices, it has adequate parking. The rooms are not large, but are well designed. The dining are can be busy fir breakfast. The only downside? - a worn and dirty carpet in and near the lift. A microwave in the rooms would be a further positive.
Usually showers are really good here but this room wasn’t. Had very little pressure. Other then that another enjoyable stay no complaints. Nice staff also.

The layout of this hotel is really nice, it has a lovely bar and beer garden. The staff are also lovely and there is a pool and gym. Update: As a regular visitor it bothers me that more and more dogs are being allowed to stay there. I was recently eating in the bar and there was a did a few feet away from me. I am very much against dogs in pubs and especially where food is consumed. Now I know people love their dogs and the Chase won't alter their policy, but its a free country and I'm entitled to my opinion.
Always enjoy staying here. Staff are friendly and efficient. Service in bar and restaurant very good. Lovely location and during the right kind of weather, pleasant outdoor seating area to chill with cold drinks etc. One minor criticism is that maybe the rooms could do with refreshing with some redecorating. Good to have swimming and gym facility as well.

Reasonably priced food. Most of the largish party that I was with enjoyed their meal. Unfortunately, my pea and asparagus risotto was not pleasantly soupy but could be cut with a knife!
Nice pub, meals reasonably priced and good value for money. Much airier since the refurb. Lots of events. Only slight negative is the service can be a bit slow at times.

Lovely place to have something to eat, great value for money good food too. All I would say is I would like to have seen coleslaw as a side option on the menu but this is maybe just me being picky. Also you need to help yourself to cutlery which isn't said when you order, and they don't bring it to you. I would go here again.
Happened upon here whilst looking for a nice pub meal. Could not be happier. Food was exceptional ❤️ Restaurant quality. Staff are very pleasant and clientel are reserved, educated and generally nice. Highly recommend to anyone as it is a gem of a place. Come here and see for yourself, enjoy x.
Mead Rd, Abbeymead, Gloucester GL4 5GL, UK – 01452 627918
Very nice, and quite reasonable prices. For a chain restaurant, it's a bit odd that it's about £1 more expensive for it's meals than the next one a couple of minutes down the road, but all in all good. Gets way too loud and busy in the evenings, but I just tend to go during the day or early on a weekend to avoid that.
Quick bite to eat before be set off on 5hr drive home, food was out of this world one of the best meals we have had... Thank you

If you would like something truly different you might like to have a look at Airbnb. These are mostly B and Bs provided by people on a very informal basis. The may have a spare room, a yurt, a cottage or a barge with space they can receive guests for a night or a month! The website is highly professional. You can really see what you are going to get. Very well worth a look. Airbnb also show 'conventional' B&Bs as well. Enjoy!
Reddings Rd, The Reddings, Cheltenham GL51 6RS, UK – 07944 105239
Very small campsite ideally located just 15 minutes drive from Cheltenham. The facilities were very clean and tidy but rather tired and would benefit from a refresh. There are only 3 showers for the whole of the site and people were often queuing to have a wash. The reason for only 3 stats was due to how noisy the site was. On one side was a very busy main road and to another was a train track with trains running until well past midnight. Our tent was pitched on the opposite corner from both of these and we could still hear them quite loudly. Our tent backed on to a small park homes development. I think the person in the unit behind us must have had heading difficulties as they had the tv volume cranked up so high that you could be forgiven for thinking it was us with the tv on. The site warden was lovely and gave us a quick tour of the facilities when we arrived and could have been more helpful. He gave us the code for the free WiFi and details of nearby supermarkets, pubs etc. I wouldn't stay here again.
Only a one night stay to link up with family, arrived rather late and left promptly, so little time to really get a feel for site. Simple but v. clean facilities.
